The Opportunity
Do you love music? Are you excited about building a community that shares your passion? We’re looking for a Membership Growth Specialist to help expand our growing membership base.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales and recruitment—or someone ready to actively learn and take on challenges. You’ll be responsible for figuring out strategies, putting them into practice, and making a real impact. Your focus will be on recruiting new members for our subscription program, selling DJ Adam's music, and keeping members engaged for sustained success. The more members you bring in and retain, the greater your earning potential!
Your Role
Recruit Members: Use your knowledge or develop strategies to bring new members into our $60/month subscription program.
Sell DJ Adam's Music: Showcase DJ Adam’s electrifying music to potential members as a key incentive for them to join our growing community.
Keep Members Engaged: Ensure members stick with the program by promoting the unique value of our offerings, including exclusive access to DJ Adam's beats.
Research and Implement: Independently find creative ways to attract, recruit, and retain loyal subscribers while driving awareness of the music.
Promote Us: Represent Rolling With DJ Adam in an authentic, passionate way that inspires people to join and stay.
What You Bring
Some sales or recruitment experience—or a willingness to learn the ropes on your own.
A passion for music and a genuine excitement to help grow a strong, connected community.
Great communication skills to engage with potential and current members.
A proactive, self-starter attitude with the drive to succeed, learn, and improve.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role, meaning you only earn when you successfully recruit and retain members in the $60/month subscription program.
You’ll earn $15 per new member you bring in.
You’ll also earn monthly recurring income for as long as your recruited members stay subscribed.
